Indulge in a relaxing, luxuriating massage to totally unwind and rejuvenate. Release areas of muscular tension, improve circulation under the skin and around tense muscles to stimulate blood supply to these areas to bring in oxygen and nutrients. Enable the release of toxins around muscles so they can be detoxed from your body. A one hour massage is normally adequate for a full body massage however, this can be customised to your individual needs. I can spend more time on areas of tension and deep tissue massage as relevant, which can be incorporated to work with specific muscular tension. We will discuss your needs prior to the massage so that the time is spent entirely on your massage requirements. Please note, this service is only available to women.
